We're reconnecting consumers to the farms & ranches producing their food in order to give them a higher quality product at a fair price and in doing so, we are redirecting profit margins back to American producers.
Who We Are
We raise commercial Red Angus cattle. Our family has farmed & ranched in Texas County for 6 generations. Our operation at Cedar Valley is a Century Farm. We are passionate about people reconnecting with their food source. Our mission is to save American Agriculture by helping consumers see and understand the value in partnering with farmers and ranchers. Knowing your food source is more than a geo-tag on a label or knowing what is 'in' your food. It is about the value of the beef produced, the care taken and sacrifices made to ensure livestock performance, and it is about the people who dedicate their lives to our nation's food supply.

What We Do
We primarily offer Red Angus Beef from our pasture to your plate. We rotationally graze and our beef is finished on pasture forage with grain supplement. We have found that this process produces healthy beef with great flavor for our family and we wouldn't offer anything less to yours.
